I am an electrical engineer with a severe to profound hearing loss and have worn hearing aids for 30 years. I must say that Dr. Techler really listened to all of my concerns with communication and fitted me with exactly what I needed. I have not heard this well since I was in my 20’s. Because I am not new to this arena, am very technical and difficult to fit, I will have to say that Dr. Techler did what no other professional was able to do for me. I am so grateful. Joe I.
